Megan Reyes

President & CEO

Megan Reyes, President & CEO of ROTOR Consulting LLC, is committed to transforming organizations and their people by developing quality customized business development and organizational training services. Prior to establishing ROTOR in 2013, Reyes spent four years in the public sector where she brought innovative ideas and solutions to overly bureaucratic systems, achieving timely and measurable results. Most notably, Reyes presented two of her economic development initiatives at the National Association of Workforce Board’s Annual Forum in Washington D.C., one of which was adopted by NAWB and many other regional workforce centers across the country. Reyes' distinctive interdisciplinary and applied approach to solving business problems began in the telecommunications industry, where she was a regulatory attorney and business leader for ten years. Over the course of her career, Reyes learned to look at business problems as opportunities for which she consistently and creatively developed dynamic solutions. She possesses extensive experience in executive management; organizational program design, development and delivery; process engineering; and strategic planning and development. Creatively blending her business acumen and transformational leadership to everyday business opportunities distinguishes Reyes as an exceptional leader in her trade. Reyes earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science (summa cum laude) from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1995 and attended the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, earning her Juris Doctor in 1999. Currently, she lives in Western North Carolina.
